Application Usage

• The application must be used only for authorized purposes (booking, communication, stadium management).
• Using the application for any illegal or abusive activity is prohibited.
• All users are expected to adhere to the spirit of cooperation and respect within our sports community.

Player Policy

• Booking and Cancellation: Cancellation is allowed only 7 hours before the appointment. In case of deliberate repeated cancellation or non-attendance, management reserves the right to suspend the account.
• Behavior: Comply with stadium rules, maintain cleanliness, and avoid causing damage.
• Payment: Commit to available payment methods and ensure details are correct when confirming booking.

Stadium Owner Policy

• Adding Times: Stadium owners are responsible for accurately entering available booking times.
• Providing Accurate Information: Stadium name, location, prices, photos, and services must be clarified accurately and transparently.
• Obligations to Players: Provide agreed services at the specified time and with agreed quality.
• Financial Policies: Clarify prices and any additional fees (such as cancellation or extension fees).

Privacy and Data Protection Policy

• We collect only necessary data (name, phone number, email, booking data) to ensure service delivery.
• We commit not to share your data with any third party except in necessary cases (such as payment gateway or official legal request).
• You can request deletion or modification of your data by contacting us.

Disclaimer

• Tartan application is not responsible for any damages resulting from incorrect use of the application.
• In case of a defect in the stadium or service, the responsibility lies with the stadium owner.
• Tartan is a technical booking intermediary only and does not bear direct responsibility for stadium quality or player injuries.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights of the Tartan application (logo, design, content) are reserved and may not be copied or used without prior permission.

Account Deletion

• When requesting account deletion, all your data will be permanently lost including profile, bookings, wallet, and any other information associated with your account.
• This data cannot be recovered after deletion.
